What Sets Us Apart
Significance
A Round Table signifies that all stakeholders at the
table are equal they would be treated as equals
and their opinion would also be equally important.
The intent behind it
What is Kreedangan
The sports-human resource think tank leadership meeting is called Kreedangan and is structured as an invite-only, closed-door B2B discussion.
It emphasizes building synergies between diverse stakeholders - from sports leaders and tech companies to entrepreneurs and educational institutions - aiming to develop a skilled workforce for the sports industry. It stands apart from typical conferences by emphasizing a roundtable approach where all stakeholders, including sports leaders, tech innovators, and educators are considered equals, fostering a more collaborative and inclusive environment. Unlike conventional conferences, it focuses specifically on the development of human resources in the sports industry, aligning closely with India's aspirations.

Format of Kreedangan
This is an overview of how the event is conducted, outlining the key processes and activities involved.
The session begins with a brief keynote to set the stage, followed by an introduction to the theme of the event, linking the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 to opportunities in the sports sector.
Delegates are invited to participate in discussions within their sub-sectors, generating ideas for scaling manpower, with each group given 8 minutes to share their perspectives, totaling 130 minutes, including a buffer.
These ideas are then cross-questioned, debated, and discussed in a 45-minute moderated session. The event concludes with a summary of key highlights and closing remarks, capturing the outcomes of the roundtable in 10 minutes.
